The man who wins....

In life, all of us face hard times... in times we feel that we can't go anymore 'cause we had enough.. IS THAT THE WAY WE SHOULD THINK OR FEEL ? what do you think my friends?
Do we get all the things we wish? or are all the things we have in life are the things we wanted?just because what we got should we think that's the end of life?

We can be strong in mind or we can be weak, but what matters most is the effort we put to win our life. there can be so many dreams we want to come true, but first think: have you ever give it a try?and how many times have you failed?and were you able to win?just because we like something to happen, will it happen? can even God give it to us? a simple example from me, there is an apple in a tree and a hungry man who passes by see it, he goes under the tree but the branch is too high to reach, the man wish "oh I wish I get that apple!", but he does not put any effort to pick the apple. he is hungry there is an apple, so will his hunger be over now? NO... he has to try to pick the fruit and eat to get rid of his hunger.There are people, who have so many dreams, they wish they will get them come true one day,but do not try to make their dreams come true.So will that man ever get what he wanted?in life both hard and happy times will come we should face both!my favorite quote comes to my mind I hope it gives a lot than I can say..

so after ten days here I am back writing back to horizOon.... yea work work work so thats not the real reason i didn't put a post for this long i wanted horizOon to be a blog which gives important messages to the readers not just a blog which contains day to day stuff.. :)

Miss those days...

Few years back we were there!!
we were learning, chatting,playing,singing...
ohhhh... all the nutty things
yea... it was our paradise!!
the time !!
time has changed!!
today we are far away.. hardly we go there...
yea the place where we became who we are today
the place which has all the sweet memories of the past..
the days we were together
the days we dreamt of future in our memorable bench..
all are now past...
past is it?
yea there are new people there
still doing the same dreaming of future..

yea the time has changed
today there are new people
different people..
same place same warmth...
how much I miss those days...
can words tell them?
life
it changes all the time
today we are here, tomorrow it will be past..
past present and future
yesterday today and tomorrow
people change but memories will remain!!
people,places will come and go
we have to move somehow
past will never come back future is waiting..
so we have to live in present
but past will remain... never forgotten !


May this be a tribute to my Alma mater, who is celebrating 57 th anniversary of her life!

i got this question! I asked myself why? still didn't get an answer.
today a gloomy day. so much happened and nothing happened!
Brrrr have to think a lot.have a lot to sort out.. but nothing clear actually i am looking for answers so today better to stop now a lot to think.think think think.... again think....

as i promised yesterday here I am.. yea writing about my ideas about the article I read....
at first I put a comment on the post and yea the writer has appreciated it.I wish that the writer will read my post on the post too.this is on Profession, Future and Country - A Thought
"a reply to the article" i think i am correct if i say like that!
reading the post again and again tells me one thing,almost all the young people have questions on their minds but do they try to answer them.
NO for something or other they do not.. so all the questions are remained unattained,so will there be an end to all those questions??

so i think i will just leave my point of view. yea most of you will have objections but i will just write down my idea so we can look in to this on different angles.as I see the main thing wrong with us is we wait till someone do first(including me :)),I mean for all the problems.why? where is the initiative power?
we are lacking it.no that should not be the way if there is a problem we should think what we should do to solve it,yea it wont be easy to be solved by ourselves but we can try isn't it? the problems that had been asked by the writer are... well it covers a vast area. so I wont ask to solve them by the writer himself and i do appreciate his power of thinking and thankful for writing on his thoughts.and I would like to say if all of us want to make a better place to live what we should do is to work on it not just questioning the world.(this does not mean I don't appreciate your post, i do but this is for all the other people who still don't think)yea we can start by ourselves .I mean first "I " then "We "and I am sure there will be a lot to join.as it is said instead of blaming for the darkness what we should do is light at least a single lamp! so why wait?lets get together to make this world a better place.

Today I happened to read a blog of one of my friends' friend.Reading the only post on it made me surprise.. the writer had written an article which was full of patriotic feelings.It was true feeling of a young man of Sri Lanka.The post made me think a lot... And the following piece of poetry by Bob Dylan hit my mind through out the post...
